Avocado Pie

 A cousin of the key lime pie.

Serves:  10



  1. Halve and pit avocados.  Scoop out flesh, place in a bowl and mash.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and beat with a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add condensed milk, lime and lemon juices and beat until well blended.
  4. Pour filling into crust.  Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream or cool whip, if desired.  Also delicious served with one of the Summer Fruit Sauces, which are on our website.
