Banana Walnut Crunch Parfait

¼ cup Banana Walnut Crunch*
8 oz light or nonfat vanilla yogurt**Banana Walnut Parfait
3 Tbsp diced banana
3 Tbsp diced strawberries
2 Tbsp finely diced walnuts


  1. Fill bottom of parfait glass with desired amount of yogurt.
  2. Top yogurt with finely diced walnuts and then banana-walnut crunch.
  3. Top crunch with fruit layer and then repeat the layers starting with the yogurt.

 *Banana-Walnut Crunch

Slice Banana Walnut Bread into 1/8 slices.  Cut slices into 1/8” cube pieces. Place on baking pan and toast in oven at 325oF for 8-10 minutes or until desired crunchiness is achieved.

 **Maybe substituted with vanilla ice cream for a decadent desert.
