Béarnaise Sauce

A Classic Bearnaise Suace is easy to make when you start with Concord Foods Hollandaise Sauce.  

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 package Concord Foods Hollandaise Sauce
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon chervil
1 tablespoon white wine 

Directions:

Mix contents of Concord Foods Hollandaise Sauce package with one cup of water, adding the minced onion to the water. Cook over medium/low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.  When sauce has thickened, stir in the tarragon, chervil, and white wine.  Remove from heat.  Serve immediately.
