Banana Smoothie Recipe
A truly goof-proof banana smoothie recipe for anyone with a blender. Just add a fresh banana, milk and ice for an easy to make summertime treat that's healthy and delicious.
- 1 package Concord Foods Banana Smoothie Mix
- 1 ripe banana (3/4 cups sliced)
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1 3/4 cups ice (about 8 large ice cubes)
In a blender, add banana, ice, contents of pouch and milk. Blend on high for one minute.
Makes three 8 ounce servings.
