There are three reasons to get hooked on Guacamole:
1) The key ingredient, avocados, are delicious and incredibly nutritious. Avocados contain an array of phytonutrients, carotenoids and important omega-3 fatty acids. According to the experts at whfoods.com, they are a good source of bone supportive vitamin K as well as heart-healthy dietary fiber, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and folate. Avocados are also a good source of energy-producing vitamin B5 and muscle-healthy potassium; in fact, they are higher in potassium than a medium banana. You can read more about the significant nutritional value of the avocado on the Worlds Healthiest Foods website.
2) Guacamole can be used as a dip, a garnish, spread into all sorts of shapes and made from the avocado fruit that is sometimes called an “Alligator Pear” because of the avodcado's shape and its unique skin.
3) Guacamole is an easy to make nutritious treat for the whole family. Our kid friendly recipe uses Concord Foods Guacamole mix and avocados. No need to cut up onions, peppers or tomatoes so you child can participate in creating a fun to eat treat.

Before coming to Concord Foods I despised guacamole, since working here I've fallen in love with Concord Foods' Guacamole Mix. I can easily understand why it is the number one selling guacamole seasoning mix in the US. Do you make your own guacamole or do you buy our mix? If you do buy our mix, what do you like or not like about it, and do you have any improvement suggestions?
