New Product - Greens Seasoning Mix

We are excited to introduce a great new product, Concord Foods Greens Seasoning Mix.

Add the Greens Seasoning Mix to Collard Greens and Kale to make a traditional, southern-style side dish. Our blend of spices enhances a natural smoky flavor that blends perfectly with greens.

The Greens Seasoning Mix will be available in the produce departments of supermarkets nationwide starting in July 2011.

I love all your products, I cook my greens with bacon and ham hocks, garlic, onion, crushed red peppers and a little sugar, salt and pepper...sooo goood

With garlic and olive oil. Yum. We LOVE your guacamole mix, extra spicy in particular. We have introduced so many to your mix for they are crazy about our guacamole. Often our stores are out of your extra spicy so what would you suggest we add to your MILD to make it extra spicy? Thank you!

It worked wonderfully for me without adding any meat but for color I added chopped peppers and diced onions. Thanks to Concord I will always have good tasting greens.

I cook my greens with bacon drippings and crush the fried bacon pieces and add them just before serving. A small amouunt of vinegar is sprinkled on the greens after they are placed on the serving dish. I'm looking forwardd to using your prerpared seasoning.

I use smoked turkey necks, crushed red pepper, a little vinegar, brown sugar, and onions. Sometimes I add a little Creole seasoning. I would love to add bacon since I use bacon in my cabbages but only if I cook them with ham hocks instead of turkey.

I like hamhocks cooked in my greens i used greens seasoning in my greens for the first time and i love it how can i buy a case of it.

when I do greens I have used both hamhocks and bacon in the past, reading the other posts looks I have more treats to try and I'd like to try your seasoning packet too. I made deep fried mushrooms to absolute perfection the other night using your packet and we loved them! Soooooo good! I'm going back to the Lowe's store to grab all the packets I can find just in case I can't find them at home.
