A delicious blueberry dessert.
1 box Concord Foods Apple Crisp
4 cups blueberries or 2 cups each of blueberries/cranberries
5 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place blueberries or mixed blueberries/cranberries in ungreased 8" square pan or baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine contents of Apple Crisp package with softened margarine. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over blueberries.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until fruit is tender and crust is golden brown. Serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
