Caramel Chocolate Ambrosia Bars

Serves: 12

1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 1 1/2 cups crushed saltines
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 discs Concord Foods Caramel Apple Wrap, frozen, then cut into 1/2" pieces
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine melted butter and crumbs in a mixing bowl. Spread evenly in a 13" x 9" greased baking dish. Top with coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and 1/2" pieces of frozen Caramel Apple Wrap. Pour sweetened condensed milk over mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Cut into squares when cooled.

NOTE: Freezing discs for 30 to 60 minutes makes it easier to cut/break them into 1/2" pieces.
