Cherry Salsa

Serves: 4

1 lb of Bing Cherries, chopped
1 small onion
½ cup honey
⅓ cup Concord Foods Reconstituted Lime Juice
2 small jalapenos peppers, minced
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove

1) In a small bowl combine honey and Reconstituted Lime Juice.
2) Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
3) Pour honey and lime mixture over the cherry mixture.
4) Refrigerate until serving.
5) Serve with chips.
