1 package Concord Foods Apple Crisp
5 tablespoons softened butter or margarine
½ package (15 oz) refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)
1 can (20 oz) lite cherry pie filling
¼ cup slivered almonds
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Prepare Apple Crisp Topping according to package directions (step 1). Set aside.
- Roll pie crust into a 13 inch circle. Place on a large, lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Spread pie filling evenly over crust to within 1 inch of edge.
Sprinkle Apple Crisp Topping over filling.
- Fold edge of crust over topping forming a 1inch rim. Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes before serving.
