Each confectionery product is available in a variety of viscosities, textures and colors, as well as sugar free and organic formulas - all organic products are certified by QAI. Where water activity is critical, we have low water activity caramels and chocolates to help maintain the ideal moisture balance in your products. We also offer a well designed line of marshmallow products in varying viscosities for confectionery fillings and high quality fruit fillings in an assortment of flavors.
