Eggs Benedict

A delicious option to dress up your breakfast or brunch.  

Serves: 4


  • 4 English Muffins                                                       
  • 4 Slices of Ham                                              
  • 4 Eggs 
  • Water (1 cup for Hollandaise Sauce, plus boiled water for poached eggs)


  1. Poach eggs (click here for easy visual directions)
  2. Lightly brown ham in skillet
  3. Cut english muffins in half, toast and butter
  4. Make Hollandaise Sauce according to recipe on the package.
  5. Place ham, poached eggs on english muffins and top with prepared Hollandaise sauce.
