Fat Free Apple Crisp
1 package Concord Foods' Apple Crisp Mix
2 1/2 tbsp of non-fat french vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 lbs apples
- Preheat oven to 375*F
- In a large bowl, combine contents of Apple Crisp Mix with 2 1/2 tbsp non-fat french vanilla yogurt to make crumb mixture. Using a pastry blender or fork, cut yogurt into dry mix until mix is moist and not powdery.
- Peel, core and slice 2 1/2 lbs of apples. Place apples on an ungreased 8" square pan.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples.
- Bake at 375*F for 20 to 30 minutes until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.
