Fruit Salsa & Chips

Serves: 6



Fruit Salsa:

  1. Chop the fruits in small chunks & mix together.
  2. Pour lime juice over the
  3. Mix in honey & vanilla. 

Cinnamon Chips:

  1. Mix Cinnamon & Sugar together.
  2. Spray tortillas with Pam on first side & sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Flip over & repeat.
  3. Cut into 8 triangle pieces using a pizza cutter.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 5-7 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Allow to cool & serve with fruit salsa.
