Grilled Swordfish in Lemon-Ginger Sauce

This Swordfish in Lemon-Ginger Sauce recipe is exceptional and can be grilled or broiled depending on your cooking preference.

Serves: 4-6 


2 pounds Swordfish steaks (or any other firm-fleshed fish)
1/3 cup Concord Foods Reconstituted Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Dry White wine
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup green onion (scallions), chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced 


  1. Combine marinade ingredients in re-sealable 1 gallon plastic bag. Add fish and let marinate at least 2 hours.
  2. Remove fish from marinade. Pour marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Remove fish from heat and divide into two portions.
  3. Grill the fish, brushing one portion of the cooked marinade onto the fish as it cooks. Pour the remaining boiled marinade portion over the cooked fish.

Note:Fish may also be cooked under a broiler or with an indoor grill.
