Super Guacamole

Excellent Party Fare - Guacamole & Salsa Twist

Serves: 6 to 8

1 package Concord Foods Guacamole Mix
1 package Concord Foods Salsa Seasoning Mix
2 avocadoes
1 lb diced Roma plum tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1 (13.5oz) bag tortilla chips

1. Prepare Guacamole Mix according to package directions using the 2 avocadoes.
2. Prepare Salsa Mix according to package directions, using the tomatoes and onions.
3. Add 6 tablespoons of the prepared salsa mix to the prepared guacamole and blend gently with a fork.
4. Serve with the tortilla chips. Put the remaining salsa in another dish and serve as a complement to the guacamole dish.
