Here's a tasty way to add kale and protein to your diet. This refreshing & nutritious smoothie is quick & easy to prepare -- with our Kale & Apple Smoothie Mix With Protein.
Serves: 2 (8 fl ounce servings.)
- 1 package Kale & Apple Smoothie Mix With Protein from Concord Foods
- 1 cup of kale leaves*; de-stemmed & cleaned thoroughly
- 1 large apple, peeled & sliced
- 1 cup of cup water
- 6 large ice cubes
- In a blender, add kale, apple, water and ice cubes. Blend at highest setting until kale and apple are liquefied (about 3 minutes).**
- Add contents of pouch and blend for additional 30 seconds. Best enjoyed immediately.
