Key Lime Pie
A fast and easy way to make a homemade pie!
1 graham cracker pie crust
3 egg yolks (from large eggs)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
1/3 cup Concord Foods Reconstituted Lime Juice
1-2 drops green food coloring, optional
8 ounces Cool Whip
- Preheat oven to 325ºF. In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks well and then blend with sweetened condensed milk. After they are well mixed, slowly add lime juice and food coloring (if desired). Pour into pie shell crust. Bake 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool for 30-45 minutes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight chilling is preferred).
- Top with cool whip before serving. Leftovers should be refrigerated.
