Kiwi Lime Pie

A homemade pie in a few short steps...

Serves: 8

One 9" graham cracker crust
1/3 cup Concord Foods Reconstituted Lime Juice
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 egg yolks
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Thin chocolate cookie wafers

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the condensed milk, butter, egg yolks and Concord Foods lime juice until well blended.
  3. Pour the mix into the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Wait 15 minutes for the pie to cool. Then push the cookie wafers into the filling around the edge of the pie.
  5. Top with kiwi slices.
  6. Ready to serve.
