Kiwi Lime Pie
A homemade pie in a few short steps...
One 9" graham cracker crust
1/3 cup Concord Foods Reconstituted Lime Juice
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp butter, melted
4 egg yolks
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Thin chocolate cookie wafers
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the condensed milk, butter, egg yolks and Concord Foods lime juice until well blended.
- Pour the mix into the graham cracker crust and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Wait 15 minutes for the pie to cool. Then push the cookie wafers into the filling around the edge of the pie.
- Top with kiwi slices.
- Ready to serve.
