No Fuss Blueberry Cake

Quick and easy recipe for an amazing Blueberry Cake!

Serves 8 - 10

1 box Concord Foods Blueberry Muffin Mix
1 cup blueberries
1 large egg
5 FL OZ water


  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Hand mix egg, water and dry mix for 1 minute or until moist.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Spray a 9" round cake pan with oil. Add batter.
  5. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes until cake tester is clean when inserted in center.
