Seafood & Poultry Batters

 

Point Judith Fish & Chip Batter

Make Rhode Island style seafood – ideal for all seafood including fish, clams, scallops, and shrimp.  May also be used on vegetables and thin chicken.  Mix with water and dip to create a light and crispy outer coating.  Also used as a dry breader for an even more delicate coating.

 

 

Point Judith Clam Cake Batter

Makes Rhode Island style clam cakes.  Also ideal for corn,
apple and conch fritters.



 
 

Tempura Batter

Ideal for batter fried shrimp, onion rings and Asian style cooking. 
Makes a golden brown, crispy coating. Also great for seafood,
chicken or vegetables.

 

 

Onion Ring Batter Mix

A simple, straight forward batter that was designed specifically
as a Basic Coating for onion rings. Also great as a wash in
applications requiring a pre-dust to avoid breader blow off.
