Red-E-Made Supreme Breader® is an excellent breading for all seafood, thinly sliced poultry and most vegetables. Some examples include: Fish Filet, Scallops, Shrimp, Clams, Calamari, Mussels, Onion Rings, Mushrooms, Chicken Fingers and Thinly Sliced Chicken Filets.

Superkote Breader


Designed specifically for breading in advance of rush periods when unable to bread to order. Superkote’s tender and tasty coating seals in natural juices and prevents moisture from bleeding through the breader.

 
 

Pressure Fry #2

Red-E-Made’s mild chicken breader is designed specifically for use in pressure fry operations.  Light crispy coating which absorbs less oil than all other breaders. This ideal coating also seals in moisture.

 

Chicken “D” Breader

Our most popular chicken breader has a zesty flavor using a superior blend of high quality spices.  Most customers prefer Chicken “D” Breaders medium spice level. For use in both open and pressure fry operations.
