Star Spangled Dip

Serves: 12 to 15

Ingredients:

For Salsa:
1 package Concord Foods Salsa Seasoning Mix
1 lb plum (Roma) tomatoes (4 to 5 medium), diced
1/4 cup diced red onion

For Guacamole:
2 package Concord Foods Guacamole Mix
4 avocados

For Cream Cheese Star:
2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package Concord Foods Salsa Seasoning Mix
1 package Concord Foods Guacamole Mix

Directions:
To make the salsa:
1. Place diced tomatoes and onion in a medium bowl.
2. Add contents of pouch and mix.
3. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside to outline the cream cheese star.

To make the guacamole:
1. Cut avocados in half, lengthwise and remove pit. Scoop out the insides and discard the outer peel.
2. Combine contents of pouch with the avocados, stir until blended.
3. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

To make the Cream Cheese Star:
1. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Concord Foods Salsa Seasoning Mix and Concord Foods Guacamole Mix.
2. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Assembly:
1. Spread the prepared guacamole on a platter.
2. Shape the cream cheese mixture into a star. Outline the star with the prepared salsa.
