Tuna Salad Recipe

Tuna Salad

Serves: 4-6


17 ounces Tuna in Water (1 large can + 1 small can), drained extremely well
1 large tomato, minced
1 small onion, chopped
3 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
1 small Jalapeno pepper, diced small (no seeds)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Concord Foods Reconstituted Lime Juice 


Drain tuna extremely well and in a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.

Serve with crackers and cheese.
