Concord Foods is seeking a detail oriented, energetic, self-starter to fill a full time hourly position in our fast paced Customer Service/Sales Department.

Hours are 8am-4:30pm.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking shipments to ensure on-time deliveries, liaison between the sales, production and shipping departments, supporting sales staff, creating sales reports/spreadsheets, and general clerical duties.

Qualifications

Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer handling skills. Minimum of 2-4 years customer service experience required. Proficient skills in MS Word and Excel a must.
