This individual will be responsible for scheduling, directing, training, auditing and coordinating the daily work activities and resources necessary for ensuring the cleanliness of production equipment. Review sanitation logs and implement on a daily, weekly, monthly sanitation schedule requirement, work procedures and assignments. Review and direct sanitation, chemical management, quality control, maintenance, safety, and other operation records for accuracy and sign off. Interface with quality staff and production personnel to resolve production or sanitation problems. Hire, train, motivate and evaluate staff.
This position is on our 3rd Shift (10:30pm-7am).
Concord Foods will provide extensive sanitation training through external and internal resources for the right candidate.
3-5 years experience in a production environment with supervisor experience required. Mechanical aptitude a plus. Strong management and teambuilding skills needed. Good computer skills
